The Kinesio lab, as the local people like calling it, was financed with own resources amounted to HUF 190 million.  By means of the most advanced digital technology and computer-controlled equipment, trained physiotherapists help you to get an overall picture of the state of your bones, joints, and muscles, your body composition and gait. After analysing the results produced by the machine, patients will, of course, receive an important and clear medical report and, if necessary, a treatment plan, which can be supplemented by dietetic advice too.   Dr Attila Kvarda, the Director General of the Hospital for Rheumatology, stressed that the movement analysis laboratory is an important part of the Traditional Hévíz Therapy, as it helps to get a precise picture of the patient's pre- and post-treatment state. With this complex examination, the effectiveness of treatments in movement therapy can be measured objectively both in the short and the long term. It makes skin spectacularly firm, smooth and velvety.   Qi-Gong It is a generic term to mean a wide range of heath-preserving practices. This ancient method combines the mental concentration, breathing technique and physical exercise so as to enhance and maintain your vital energy. The technique requires regular practice but it is easy acquire for any age group depending on the fitness level of the individual.   Shiatsu Shiatsu is based on the ancient Japanese medicine and philosophy, but it has also been affected by the modern western medicine. In the middle of the 19th century it was acknowledged that the medicinal effect of essential oils cannot be supplemented by anything else.   During sauna treatment in an aroma-therapy cabin the air of the cabin with varying temperatures is aromatised by using essential oils. Essential oils may have various relaxing or refreshing effects.     In the aroma-therapy cabin essential oils are inhaled or penetrate the skin and have their beneficial effects: prevent the spreading of bacteria and fungus; clear the respiratory passages; stimulate the blood supply of the skin and muscular tissue, thus alleviate pain and inflammation; beneficial for the digestive and secretory organs and they have a relaxing effect. Major reason for using essential oils is that they have a positive effect on our soul and emotions. If you carry on down Dombföldi Street among the wine cellars, you can reach the Arpadian Age Church, which is one the most beautiful built cultural heritage of Hévíz.   From April to October you can reach it with the Dottó sightseeing train, or by car to Egregyi Street.

During the public and professional rating of the jury, the visitors could taste the six best wines. They intended to choose the wine that reflects the atmosphere of town Hévíz and would certainly appeal to the general public. That is why the Borbély Family Winery’s Gabriella Muscat Ottonel ’2014’ of Badacsony was chosen. According to the opinion of the jury it is harmonious, elegant and keepable, it suits well to the atmosphere of the spa town and it could be a worthy representative of Hévíz, since this wine will represent the town at touristic and protocol events in 2015. The Wine of Town Hévíz 2015 can be purchased in the Tourinform Office in Hévíz and will be available at most of the restaurants and bars of Hévíz from the end of February 2015.
