tartalom: + 1 We gathered the programs that await you at the end of the year in Hévíz.   The Lights of Advent in the City and Celebration at the Farmer's Market of Hévíz The inner city of Hévíz is filled with lights of Advent in December. A Christmas tree, a Betlehem and an Advent Wreath is placed at the Festetics Square. A candle is lit on each Sunday on the Advent Wreath. The promenade will be filled with wooden houses, atmospheric music and enticing smells. A fair of handmade products and children programs will wait everyone at Moll Square. On the Farmers' Market there will be special gastronomy programs on each Saturday morning. On 30 December, a Pig Slaughter will be held at the Farmer's Market of Hévíz. On the 31 December a New Year's Eve party will be taken place in the tent with concerts and street festival.     Holiday concerts and the best performers at the hotels of Hévíz If you decide to stay one of the hotels in Hévíz during the holiday season, many program wil guarantee your entertainment. During the day, you may enjoy the relaxing wellness sections of the hotels, while in the evening the finest dishes and the best performers will make sure you enjoy your stay. In NaturMed Hotel Carbona, guests can enjoy the piano play on each weekend of  the Advent. From 24 December each new day will bring about a new program as well: goulash party, Dynamic Band in the ball room, ham and champagne tasting, sauna seances and gingerbread decorating will await the guests. Éva Csepregi, Viki Singh, Bálint Gájer, the Bon-Bon band and a samba show will entertain guests in the holiday season.     The team of Hotel Európa fit also made sure that hotel guests would have the best time during there stay during the holidays. The Korona Restaurant makes a thematic New Year's Eve party each year. French music, period dresses, French dishes and drinks will make sure to make you feel like you are in Paris. tartalom: + 1 On 30 December, you will be able to take part in an authentic pork slaughter from 10 am to 4 pm at the Hévíz Farmers' Market. Of course no animals will be harmed, but you can see the live demonstration of sausage stuffing, roasting beef, cabbage cooking, and you can taste them all as well. On 31 December, the program will begin in the tent set up in the Market Square from 1 pm. First, the little ones can party at the Magic Sounds playhouse, which is followed by a presentation of local products: tips and ideas directly from the producers. In the tent DJ Krezi's play from 9 pm in the to 2 pm but in the meanwhile surprise performances will be by Attila Hertelendy and Zsuzsanna Debrei at 10 pm, the Desperado band will arrive at 11 pm, and the Unique band will start at 12:30 am.   Korona Restaurant (Hévíz, Széchenyi str. 43.) The Korona Restaurant will be making a super New Year's theme this year as usual. The atmosphere of the Moulin Rouge will come alive for one night only for those who book a table here. lead: The Great Parking Place and the parking lot by the Water Tower has been renewed at the end of 2021 which also introduced a new and smart way for parking in the city.

tartalom: + 1 The barristers have returned to the Great Parking Place but also the parking lot by the Water Tower got new barristers. In the previously mentioned parking lots the way of parking and paying your parking tickets have changed, while at the other parking places in the city you can pay by the traditional way.   The specialty of the new, improved parking lots is that you can park without a parking ticket and the system is also able to record your license plate. The new system makes parking much easier since you do not need to worry about purchasing your tickets, you can just simply drive in and pay after you finished with parking. It is important to notice though that once you have driven in, you still have 15 minutes to leave the parking lots without paying.   Parking without parking tickets? Even though you don't need to place a parking ticket to your windshield, you still need to pay for your parking, but only when you are actually about to finish parking. Several terminals are placed out the parking lots where you can pay (in the Great Parking Place 3 while at the Water Tower only 1 terminal is available so far). At the terminals, you simply just need to type in your license plate number and also the number of the parking place where you parked you car (the parking place numbers are visible on the surface of the concrete e.g. P115 etc.). You can pay by cash or by credit card as well. After paying, you have 10 minutes to leave the parking lot.   Make it even more simpler To make parking even more easy, a mobile app was also create which is available for iOS and for Android systems as well. tartalom: + 1 For the first time, the Folk Folk Festival will take place in Hévíz on 23-24 September. The two-day festival will open on Friday at 3.15 with a parade of children's dancers. The afternoon continues with performances by children of different ages in Rákóczi Street and then at 18.30 the ÜSTökös Kompania will take over the stage to entertain the audience with a fun, dance, music, and interactive programs. The first Friday evening will end with a folk-dance gala in two parts, featuring the Gyenes Folk Dance Ensemble and Nagyváthy Folk Dance Ensemble. In the break, while the dancers will have a rest, the audience will have the chance to see a short folk fashion show on stage showcasing the dancers; costumes and the different folk costumes. The program continues on Saturday with performances by the adult dancers. Mátyás Fodor will open the festival with a program of "Pergő Lépések". In addition to the dance performances, the evening will also feature a choir and of course there will be a group dance as well, in which the audience can actively join. The dancers will be accompanied live by the Re-Folk Orchestra on both days, and in Rákóczi Street a handicraft fair will be also set up.
