Section 6 (1) It is prohibited to cause any kind of noise that disturbs the public peace, to carry out noise-generating activities, whether with human voice, musical instruments or other technical or other means, and to carry out work that generates significant noise (lawn mowing, sawing, construction work, etc.) between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m., as well as on Sundays and public holidays, except for immediate troubleshooting work and activities carried out in the context of the maintenance of public areas. (2) The periods specified in paragraph (1) also apply to the operation of mobile sound equipment (mobile car), except in the case of the publication of a public interest announcement, especially if the announcement serves the purpose of preventing an emergency. Section 7 (1) A leisure noise or vibration source operated in an open space or garden area - with the exception of paragraph (2) - may only be operated until 10 p.m. (2) In the area of an occasional event organized by a local government or its institution with a public space use permit, a recreational noise or vibration source operated in an open space may be operated for 24 hours during the permitted period of the event Section 8 (1) The area of the health resort is included in Annex 1. (2) In the area of the health resort, compliance with the noise exposure limit values specified in Annex 1 of Joint Decree 27/2008. (XII. 3.) KvVM-EüM on the establishment of environmental noise and vibration exposure limit values is mandatory.
