Parking fee: 400 HUF/hour, minimum parking duration 15 minutes. Parking tickets can be purchased by the parking meters placed out on the streets (except for the Great Parking Place.)

 

How to use the Great Parking Place:
Upon entering the system stores your license plate. You do not need to buy your parking ticket when you start parking! The parking tickets should be paid when you are about to finish your parking. Go to one of the 3 terminals in the parking lote, type in your license plate number and the number of the parking lot you stayed in (the numbers are printed on the surface of the parking place e.g. P115). Pay by cash or credit card. After paying you have exactly 10 minutes to leave the parking lot.

Sightseeing trains – 'Dottó' trains The rubber-wheeled sightseeing mini train service is available from April to October. The mini train service offers an exciting route to the tourists, introducing downtown Hévíz, major sights of the town and the Egregy wine route, popular party area of Hévíz.  From November 2021 the train does not operate due to the winter season! The Tourinform Office is the main information service provider for the visitors arriving in Hévíz; you should also pop in if you have any question or you want to make enquiries about any programs and events in the town. The Office is located in the walking street so it is within easy reach both for motorists and pedestrians. You’ll find a wide range of information publications (leaflets, promotional booklets, calendar of events, catalogue of accommodation, etc.) in the Tourinform Office.
