Hévíz hosts several signature events annually, one of which is the "Happy Peaceful Times" festival, returning for its 13th edition in 2025.

There are several defining events in the life of Hévíz, which we are happy to include in our program offer every year. One such event is the Hévíz of Happy Peaceful Times, which will be held for the 13th time in 2025. The event provides a historical insight into the late 19th century and the early 20th century. In the squares and streets of the city, paraders dressed in period costumes, musicians, dancers and old-timer cyclists will brighten up the afternoon of the parade. In addition, for three days, a small and large formation of high-quality live music performances, as well as a real craft and gastronomic fair, will help us fly back into the past together and recall all the rich cultural heritage that this era left us.
Among the performing artists of the year 2025, we can find names such as: Hot Jazz Band; Cimbaliband and guests: Mátyás Pribojszki and Domonkos Berkó; Mariann Falusi and her band; Happy Dixieland Band as well as a special performance by excellent musicians with local ties.

On the promenade next to the Pier Bardócz L. Csaba Keszthelyi songwriter awaits you with cheerful-wine-cricket-moon-fairy-cloudy-heart-dizzy-mirror-screw-tea-angelic songs.
Berta Farkas and her students – who have already proven their talent on the stages of Budapest –
entertain the audience with pop and musical hits. The atmosphere is also enhanced by the Babos-Piller Jazz Duo.
Students from the Keszthely Artisctic Dance dance school will perform, and the program will be closed by the accordion music of István Krejczinger.
The Rozsdamarók will also visit us on their vintage motorcycles, to the great joy of two-wheeled vehicle lovers.
We invite enterprising adults to a hot dog and beer drinking competition with the support of the Rózsa és Tövis Büfé és Falatozó, and children can make their own cotton candy courtesy of the Százszorszép Élmények Műhelye.
Adél Tóth will bring her Álom-vászon bags to us, and those who like crafts can try out not only sewing, but also a 150-year-old, hand-operated sewing machine. Hanna Kamilla Kéri will be painting pebbles and preparing other interesting things for both children and adults.
The Balaton wines will be provided by the Fáró Pince Borbank.
Bring a picnic basket with you, full of all kinds of delicacies, we will also award prizes for the most beautiful and imaginative baskets! It doesn't matter if you don't have a basket, a canvas bag will do, the main thing is to have a good time!
