Caldarium treatment stimulates the blood circulation, decreases muscular tension and clears the pores of the respiratory organs and the skin. In the heat the body is extremely prone to take in the herbal scents of the Caldarium.

Caldarium is a bathing facility filled with hot water. The bathing premises are covered with tiles or marble. The temperature of the premises is between 40-50 °C. Humidity: 70-90%. Recommended time in the Caldarium is about 30 to 40 times at a time.

The word Caldarium comes from the Latin word caldus, which means hot. The walls of the bathing premises are covered with terracotta or ceramics tiles.
