Interesting facts

According to Ayurveda three vital powers (dosha) are responsible for our mental and physical condition: vatta (air), pitta (fire), kafa (water). Ayurveda teaches how to keep the balance of the body, mind and spirit in a natural way and how to live a balanced life. First of all it defines what spiritual character the patient belongs to, which involves everything; diet, activities, thus balancing the three dosha.

In India Ayurveda helps millions and millions of people every day; it is subsidized by the government and educated at medical universities.
