Our newly built house Andrea Villa is in Hévíz, in a quiet area, but only 1 km from the thermal baths.
The house and the apartments are modern, comfortable and stylish, with great care.
We particularly recommend our apartments for guests who are looking for quality, tranquility and a familiar atmosphere.

The apartments are spacious (approx. 45-75 square meters), bright and friendly, all have their own balcony with seating furniture and a parasol, where you can have breakfast comfortably.


In each one can find:
• a bright, cozy living room: it is stylishly furnished, with a sofa bed (140 * 200cm) for an extra person.
• Kitchen: electric hotplates, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster
• Bedroom: for 2 people, with orthopedic mattresses (180x200 cm)
• Room safe in every apartment

We are a member of the Hévíz Room Letting Association, so our guests can enjoy further advantages, e.g. Hairdresser, cosmetics, optician, many restaurants, spa treatments in many hotels.

• Price per night per apartment for 2 or 3-4 people with
• Extra costs: tourist tax. 1.75 / night / person (over 18 years of age).
• Air conditioning usage fee: EUR 10 / day
• Bed linen, towels for the house, parking in the yard are included in the price, no other additional costs.
• We ask you not to smoke in the apartments!
• The prices are per night per apartment.
• In our apartment house there is only final cleaning of the apartment. If someone would like cleaning on your vacation it will be extra cost.
In any case, we ask for a deposit of EUR 50 / apartment, which we will give back on the day of departure. Please understand!
• Please arrive from 2 pm to 6 pm, if you come later, please notify us in advance. Departure no later than 10 a.m., thank you.
• You can also book massages in advance.
• Payment is made on the spot, upon arrival, for the booked, reserved nights.
