Bright 1 bedroom apartment with maximum capacity of 4 people is available for short or long-term rental. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a newly built building with an elevator in a quiet location next to a forest and only 800 meter to the thermal lake of Héviz. There is a spacious living room together with a kitchen, 1 separate bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and toilet and a washing machine, and 2 balconies, one from the bedroom and one from the livingroom/kitchen. On one of the balconies, there is a table with four chairs to enjoy the forest view.
The bedroom has a king size double bed (180 cm wide) with a new mattress, a built-in cabinet and 2 night tables, and a stand with a TV. The living room has a large, L shaped, pull-out couch, 2 nighttables, a coffee table and a television.
The kitchen is well equipped: there is a stove with oven, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, microwave oven and a coffeemaker. There is a table with 4 chairs for dining.
There is free WIFI throughout the apartment and cars can be parked in the gated courtyard for free.
The atmosphere is amazing. Your view is toward a forest, and you can hear the crickets chirp and in the fall, you can hear the deer.
Héviz is a unique town; Europe's largest natural thermal lake is located here. Guests can enjoy swimming in the open lake all year round. In addition to visiting the thermal lake, there are lots of opportunities for biking, hiking, horse riding, golfing and playing tennis in the vicinity of the apartment. Lake Balaton is only 7 kilometers away.
