In Hévíz and the surrounding area, there are many opportunities for relaxation, entertainment, gastronomy and excursions. With the help of buses leaving from the nearby bus station, it is possible to have adventurous excursions (Keszthely, Lake Balaton, Kis-Balaton ...) Ascending, there is a wonderful view of the valley and the adjacent hills of Cserszegtomaj. Near the apartment there are spa treatments, museum, cinema, many cafes, restaurants, elegant shops, service providers, parks, pedestrian streets for complete relaxation and regeneration. Ideal for all ages, this air-conditioned apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a downtown house with an elevator, and opens from an open corridor, with individual heating, free internet / wifi and cable TV, and free private parking in the enclosed courtyard. In the heat-insulated apartment, tilt-and-turn windows are protected by mosquito nets and shutters. The apartment has an open-plan bedroom and living room, as well as a comfortable dining room, a separate room with a kitchen, a shower, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, electric hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, all the necessary equipment for cooking and eating) provides a comfortable cooking opportunity even for a longer stay. In addition to bed linen and towels, a hairdryer and clothes dryer are also included. The apartment is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. A minimum length of stay of 5 days is required. The advantage of a centrally located studio apartment is that everything in the city is approachable in a very short time. The 37 m2 apartment is comfortable for 2-3 or 4 adults. We have built our Mediterranean-style, nicely furnished 8-apartment house open all year round in this old town, full of tradition. Apartment house near the city center, 900 meters from the healing lake awaits its guests all year long for relaxation and healing. The apartment house has a wellness section / jacuzzi, Finnish sauna /, outdoor adult and children's pool, which also provide comfort and relaxation for our guests. Use of our bikes is free. The Mediterranean-style building houses 7 apartments with 2 + 2 beds (separate bedroom). Each apartment has an air-conditioned, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a bathroom with shower, a balcony or a terrace. The kitchens have a two-plate electric cooker, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, glasses, plates, cutlery. The living room has satellite TV, radio, direct internet connection. Upon request, we can provide an extra bed, baby cot, high chair, cot, walker. In the high season, every year ,/ 21.05-20.09./ the booking period ,minimum 4 nights. Other services In the courtyard there is an indoor swimming pool, especially for smaller children, a closed parking lot with a camera, sun loungers. The wellness section is located in a separate part of the building so that the humid air does not disturb the guests and can be reached through the garden. It features a hot tub, a sauna, a treadmill and a soccer table Bicycle use is free, and a masseuse will come to the apartment upon request.
