Dear Residents of Hévíz, Guests, Business and Property Owners,
On Saturday, 4 October 2025, Hévíz will host the very best of the Hungarian cycling community, as the Gravel National Championship will take place in our city.
The Bianchi Hévíz Gravel National Championship & Tour will start for the very first time from Hévíz, with the race centre located at the new event square on Kölcsey Street. After completing the 74 km / 102 km / 130 km forest routes, the riders will also arrive back to the new square at the finish.

Start & Finish: Kölcsey Street Event Square & Deák Ferenc Square

Race route through the city: Festetics Square – Rákóczi Street (pedestrian street) – Széchenyi Street – Zrínyi Street. The cyclists will leave and return to Hévíz along the same route.

9:00 a.m. – Tour start

11:30 a.m. – Race start
During this time there will be a significant presence of cyclists in our city. From 11:00 a.m. route security will be in place. Local police and civil guard will assist in the safe departure of participants, while from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. traffic on Széchenyi Street (uphill section) will be one-way to ensure safe return.
