As part of the exclusive trade and professional event “Rund um ein gutes Leben” in Vienna, organized by VisitBalaton365 at the initiative of Raiffeisen Bank, Hévíz was prominently featured.
More than 600 invited Austrian guests with high spending potential had the opportunity to explore the city’s tourism offer. The presentation was realized in cooperation with the Hévízi Turisztikai Nonprofit Kft. and the Hévízi Tourinform Iroda, as well as Elite Tours and five Hévíz co-exhibitors.
The focus was on health tourism: visitors could learn about the unique effects of Hévíz thermal water and medicinal mud, and experience them on site. The presentation attracted strong interest from the audience.
At the end of the event, a stay in Hévíz was raffled off, offered by the Hotel Európa Fit, while comfortable travel was provided by Elite Tours.
Feedback confirms continued strong interest in the Balaton region and Hévíz on the Austrian market. Professional discussions also highlighted that health tourism offers are well complemented by active programmes such as BalatonBike365, with bicycle rental also available at the Tourinform office in Hévíz.
The Vienna presentation marks an important step in the international strategy to further position Hévíz as an attractive destination for high-end Austrian travellers.
