The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern house (equipeed with an elevator, too) in a quiet corner of Heviz. At the same time the Ady Endre street entrance of the LAKE is only 12-13 minutes walking or just 2 minutes by car! The view from the balcony is amazing: a walking path hiding among lush green slopes, parks, bushes. After a busy day in the city, you will find a real refreshment and relaxation here. One of our dearest guests, a young "fieldsales" man said that for him, this tranquility, this clean air and silence, provides a real relaxation after a busy weekday. Hévíz is a very safe, peaceful and beautiful place, with the world-famous lake and bath - but you will find countless possibilities here: from cycling, hiking, visiting the wine cellars and restaurants of Egregy to swimming in Lake Balaton! The apartment is ideally suited for families and groups of friends: on the 37 sqm there is a kitchen-living room-bedroom unit with 1 double bed plus a smaller room with 2 single beds + a balcony. There is a comfortable space for 4 people, which can be expanded with an extra camping bed, which is ideal for an additional child. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials: plates, cutlery, glasses, pans, pans, coffee maker, built-in mini-cooker, microwave, sandwich maker, medium-sized fridge and kettle. A flat-screen TV is provided, as well as free Wi-Fi and an internal, fenced free parking lot. One of the best equipped Spar grocery stores in Heviz is within walking distance. We offer our guests a clean and tidy apartment, scented bed linen and towels, cleaned and dried in the "Bubbles Laundry". Basic cleaning products, sanitary paper, paper towels will be included in the apartment! We always welcome our guests personally, and we can be as flexible as possible at the time of arrival / departure - but of course this depends on several factors. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. tartalom: + 1 The first thermal campsite of CASTRUM chain has been awaiting guests wishing to recover since 1989. As the campsite and the guesthouse are very close to the lake (300 m), in summer our guests might as well walk to the bath in their bathrobes. The overflow pipe of the lake passes through the campsite, offering a wonderful scenery of pink, purple and white water lilies. The two banks are connected by a romantic wooden bridge, from which our guests can watch the Mediterranean fishes swimming about among the colourful water lilies. The preserve can boast with a special bird and plant life, which offers a lifelong experience with its fascinating milieu. The numbered pitches, each supplied with electricity and some with drinkable water, sewerage connections and TV cables, are separated from each other with green hedgerows. The washing and toilet facilities have recently been renovated with ceramic tiles up to the ceiling and floor heating, due to which our campsite can be open all year round. The shower cubicles are equipped with doors and changing rooms, but there are also one-person bathrooms. There are rooms for disabled people in both the washing and the toilet facilities. The German motoring club (ADAC) has rewarded the campsite. A new, friendly, 10-roomed guesthouse was built in the campsite as the nearest accommodation to Lake Héviz. The romantic rooms are equipped with a double bed, TV, telephone, fridge, shower cubicle and a toilet. The two studio apartments are equipped with kitchenettes, too. Our guests can enjoy a great variety of traditional Hungarian and international dishes and drinks along with the wonderful songs of endangered birds by the tables on the restaurant terrace.
